Hello My Horde,

I have some Vampire Moves I watched that I want to share with all of you. Hopefully You will enjoy them as much as I did.

Van Helsing (2004)

Review:

So if you don’t go all in trying to take this movie seriously it was decent for entertainment and even maybe likeable. But the moment you try to compare it to other movies and bring realism into the conversation it becomes horrible. All in all I would watch it again regardless just because.

Synopsis:

Famed monster slayer Gabriel Van Helsing (Hugh Jackman) is dispatched to Transylvania to assist the last of the Valerious bloodline in defeating Count Dracula (Richard Roxburgh). Anna Valerious (Kate Beckinsale) reveals that Dracula has formed an unholy alliance with Dr. Frankenstein’s monster (Shuler Hensley) and is hell-bent on exacting a centuries-old curse on her family. Together Anna and Van Helsing set out to destroy their common enemy, but uncover some unsettling secrets along the way.

Blood - The Last Vampire

Review:

So I watched both the live action and animated Version of this movie, and I must say the animated one seemed to carry the message better to me. I kept being taken out of the live actions movie flow with some of the things they implemented

Synopsis:

A vampire named Saya is part of a secret government agency that destroys demons. She is sent to a military school in order to discover who is a devil in disguise.

Vampire in Brooklyn

Review:

Is it cheesy, Yes.

Is it funny, Yes.

This is the first vampire movie where I was rooting for the love interest becoming a vampire. I was so disappointed when she ‘came to her senses’. Like no sire you could have happily left me where I was.

Synopsis:

In the wake of her mother’s death in a mental institution, detective Rita Veder (Angela Bassett) is assigned to a baffling serial murder case. After examining the crime scene — a corpse-filled ship found adrift at sea — Rita meets Maximilian (Eddie Murphy), a smooth-talking Caribbean playboy determined to romance her. When Rita begins suffering from crippling hallucinations, she calls upon Dr. Zeko (Zakes Mokae), an occultist who suspects a vampire is on the loose.

Interview with a vampire

(I have not watched the T.V. Show)

Review:

Lestat is love, Lestat is life.

I will live and die on this hill, bite me.

Synopsis:

Born as an 18th-century lord, Louis is now a bicentennial vampire, telling his story to an eager biographer. Suicidal after the death of his family, he meets Lestat, a vampire who persuades him to choose immortality over death and become his companion. Eventually, gentle Louis resolves to leave his violent maker, but Lestat guilts him into staying by turning a young girl — whose addition to the “family” breeds even more conflict.

See you next week!!
